At LOKAI PRIVATE LIMITED (operating as "OneInfer"), we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our AI inference services. As a provider of digital services and cloud infrastructure, our cancellation and refund policies are designed to be fair and transparent for all our users.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your monthly or annual subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the subscription features until the end of your current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be issued for unused days in the current billing period.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are generally not provided for digital services once they have been used or credits have been consumed. However, we may consider refund requests under the following specific circumstances:

  • Technical Failure: If you were unable to use the service due to validated technical issues on our end (e.g., prolonged downtime exceeding our SLA). This includes cases where provisioned GPUs fail to start or crash immediately upon launch.
  • Billing Errors: In the event of a duplicate charge or a billing discrepancy caused by a system error.
  • Service Discontinuation: If we permanently discontinue a specific service or model you have paid for in advance, a pro-rated refund will be issued.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the incident or billing date. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for review. We aim to process all eligible refund requests within 7-10 business days.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period, after which you will not be charged.

What happens to my data after cancellation?

Upon cancellation, your data (including API keys and usage logs) will be retained for 30 days to allow for account reactivation. After this period, non-essential data may be permanently deleted in accordance with our data retention policy.

Do you offer refunds for unused credits?

We strictly do not offer refunds for unused Pay-As-You-Go credits unless there is a system error preventing their usage. Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active.

Pay-As-You-Go Credits

Credits purchased for pay-as-you-go usage are non-refundable. However, they do not expire as long as your account remains active. In exceptional cases where an account is terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service, any remaining credits may be forfeited.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or raise a dispute, please contact our support team at admin@oneinfer.ai or admin@lokai.in with your transaction details and a description of the issue. Our team will review your request and aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
